Oh dearest me.
This is how today started.
(I didn't mention that when Prada ate our dinner off the counter yesterday...the meat part was raw...)
Well this morning Audrey was running around, I was heating up her bottle. When she came to get her bottle she had poop smeared hands...WHAT?
I checked her...nope not her...
Then it dawned on me...I prob have a sick dog.
I find the poop...I find that Audrey has been playing in the poop (NOOOOOO....)
I find that Audrey had been smearing it with her blanket that she sleeps with.
Oh man...
Prada is caged.
Audrey is bathed.
Disinfectant is EVERYWERE...because there are little poopy handprints everywhere!
Barf, gag,barf...are you kidding me...
it is only 8am ha ha.

Wow, in the 30s. (yippea)

Today, lets recap
We started off with some breakfast, yum
then the most wild poop explosion in Audrey's history..intense!
Then a nap for Audrey and a chick flick for me (Something Borrowed), my pregnancy hormones + my hate for cheating made me dislike this flick from the start...so I turned it off and then my 'funk began'
When Audrey woke up to early I felt tired, exhausted and just well...ready for bedtime...yes it was only 11am ha ha...long way to go!
We did some grocery shopping and returned some library books
When I got home I realized that I am far to tired/pregnant to carry heavy groceries up the stairs so I left them for hubby when he got home from work
Then I looked on the counter and then I looked at my quivering in fear dog. Yup she ate dinner...I had it out prepped etc and she ate it all...
SHOOT, not I have to figure out dinner again.
Audrey goes for a second nap
I prep tacos (yup, had to resort to an easy peasy dinner)
I cleaned
I tried to nap but feel 'crazy' in the head
Brent comes home.
We eat dinner...I more or less swirl it on my plate and pretend (bleck, meat, so nauseous)
Audrey is hyper
Brent is hyper
I look at them
'I'm out of here'
I went out by myself to chapters and the fabric store...
Came back with sundaes....I turned that frown upside down
Just in time for bedtime...
It's been one of those days but man oh man I am so glad that I have a husband as sweet as Brent to curl up next to on days like this!

So, today I heard from my midwife, fraser health and my doctor all in the same day. Apparently when your iron is as low as mine is it is important for everyone to call you. If I don't correct it apparently I was told I would have to go in for 'IV iron' for the next few weeks before baby. Oh man, are you serious? This pregnancy is hilarious. I have been pretty faint, and weak, and exhausted. I thought it was all just normal though. I'm not super impressed with this situation. Oh well, breathe in breathe out...go eat some red meat (barf)

Today Audrey and I were having a chat. It went a little like this...

'Audrey when you're a teenager will you still think I'm cool?' (me)

'coo?' with head cocked (audrey)

'Will you still think Mommy is cool?' (me)

'No' (Audrey)

Shoot, guess I better pick up on my 'coolness'

Another thing we have been doing lately is were is your...
So far she has mastered toes and bellybutton.
This morning she figured out nose but not because she wanted to instead because she found out she has nose holes...

Audrey were is Mommy's nose?
She bursts into giggles and rams that sharp little finger up my nose. Ouch. I guess we'll take a break from learning about were the nose is for now...for the sake of my nose.

Midwife appointment
Audrey was born on her due date
Audrey was 9lbs 10oz

They think this baby is going to be bigger so between 10-12lbs

My midwife said they would do there best to make sure I don't go late and have a UBER huge child. Especially since I like to birth the baby naturally (no drugs). So today from my appointment they wrote me a prescription for something that helps you not go late. I have to take it three times a day. Also in a couple weeks they are going to 'stretch my membranes' multiple times a week. Go team ha ha!

I love my midwives, they are so sweet. Hopefully starting this early will help me even go early. That would be lovely. Can only pray, eh?

Leg cramps, potty peeing, and great deals.

Let's just say that my leg cramps in the middle of the night have increased. I am leaping what seems to be every single hour and sometimes both legs are cramping at the same time. Once I wake up with my leg cramp my body goes, Hey Sheena, go pee. Shoot. So now i'm up stretching my legs and peeing. Usually when I'm pregnant I only pee once in the night and i'm totally fine with that. I am not fine with waking up every hour to stretch and then pee. Man oh man, good thing I have a doc appointment today I'm going to ask if there is anything I can do to prevent this!

Potty Peeing
We are not potty training. Audrey isn't even 15 months yet. With my pampers points I ordered a potty seat for the 'future' for free! Free is such a great price. Little did I know that this would become on of Audrey's favorite things to do. All she wants to do is sit on the potty and read a magazine and she is as happy as can be...FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME! Audrey only pees a couple times a day so to catch it seems almost impossible. When she pees...she PEES. Yesterday while she was chilling on the potty reading my style magazine (that currently depresses me since I can't fit into any of the cute things, BOO). She peed! Brent and I were both in the bathroom. She then said 'Pee' and tried to touch it we stopped her ha ha. We cheered for probably 5 minutes and gave her some chocolate! She was in her glory. We are not potty training. I am not ready to potty train, she isn't either, maybe after the newborn starts sleeping through the night we'll take it serious ;)

If today was mirror day it was be 34 days and that sounds lovely...34 days.
Ah, if only.

One thing I didn't mention was that on saturday morning Brent sent me out for a pedicure and then when I got home I found the house...SPOTLESS and LAUNDRY folded, yes BEST husband award. It was such such a treat!

As I woke up this morning. I woke up exhausted from the wedding festivities. Sadly, Audrey did not wake up tired. ha ha. I look outside and its blue skies. I guess that means I should put my good mom shoes on and take her outside for some fun in the sun. Unless she miraculously decides she just wants to go lay down and have a nap with me ha ha. Ya, right.

I could use some sunshine as well!
