Craft Cupboard

My kiddos love crafts. Let's face it...I love crafts!!! I have HUGE pantry cabinets and they get two shelves. Sometimes it's CHAOS in their....today me and the kids as a team cleaned it all up!!! 

More organized and easier to access all the fun!!!

Yay for organization...now let's hope we can keep it this way!!!

Eyelash catastrophe

So I got these beautiful 'eyelash extensions' I found a groupon, always wanted to try it! SO fun! 

Here they are, ah, so fun. 

I naturally have pretty dark and long lashes. Only people that knew me really well noticed when I got them (mom & Lindsay). Everyone else just thought it was mascara or my normal. 

Anyways when I got the flu they were bugging me. I don't wear a lot of makeup so when I'm sick I just like to be 'bare' so I read online how to remove them. (You're supposed to get them to remove them....)

Let's just say IT did not go well. Almost all my natural lashes fell out.

One eye has more then the other left....they are all super short and all the 'baby eyelashes' (excuse the bags under my eyes) I call them 'no sick days for moms bags' it's tragic but true. 

From atraught on I really look 'eyelash bald' hahaha

There is a point to this...

I bought an 'eyelash serum' I'm going to take an 'after' picture and see if it works!

Cheers to growing my lashes back...and hopefully it not taking as painfully longs.

Sick lil fam

This past week we have all been sick.

I've had an unfortunate discovery.

Ever get a toddler to blow their nose while peeing on the potty? Don't do it if you haven't...scary times friends, scary times...

Let's just say.

Pee. Everywhere.

I laughed.

There may have been tears.

Then more laughter.

Somehow I think my parenthood journey has a lot more laughing till I cry then the average parent. Ha ha!

Beckham is a doctor

Beckham has been sick. Started off with aches, chills, sweats. Then turned into more of a traditional cold/cough/ear thing. {poor guy eh}

Today he came to me. 

'I don't feel good mommy'

I asked him

'Whats doesn't feel good'

He said

'My ears are ouchy'

I said 

'Would you like some medicine?'

He replied 

'No medicine, I make it better.'

I questioned

'How?'

He stated

'I put water in my Lego, put water in my ear, then all better'

I paused

'Did it help?'

He said

'No.'

I said

'Would you like some medicine?'

He said 

'Yes please, water doesn't make feel better.'

Oh my heart 

This is him showing me how he was putting water in his ear with his big Lego. Yes there is water in the Lego, no I wasn't aware of it during the conversation.
