We impromptu decided to curb Audrey's thumb sucking.
She only sucks her thumb when she is tired. It's quite sweet and endearing.
We bought this nasty nailpolish for stopping kids from biting nails. Oh man she is heart broken every single time she tries to suck her thumb.
She isn't able to soothe herself to sleep, isn't able to soothe herself back to sleep when she's stirred from sleep. She mostly is just horrified every single time she sticks her thumb in her mouth.
It's heartbreaking.
She's 3.
It's time right?
4 year old thumb sucker is to old right?
Oh mercy, I wish there was something I could give her that would help her soothe herself in those moments that all she wants is her thumb.
We both feel like the meanest parents.
